NEDA ATAIE, ESQ.

       Ms. Ataie is an accomplished attorney with over two decades of experience overseeing civil litigation matters related to securities disputes and litigating against large broker-dealers with trillion dollar assets and obtaining favorable awards and resolutions for investors.  Ms. Ataie also represents financial advisors in FINRA arbitrations disputes, claims for wrongful termination, promissory note disputes, Form U5 issues, defamation and expungement of customer complaints, terminations and criminal convictions.  She's been responsible for securing a 99% success rate in closing investigations of national brokers by FINRA, the SEC and other governing bodies, for alleged violations of regulatory rules.  She is skillful at facilitating conflict resolution of complicated legal matters through favorable settlement negotiations and mediations.

       Before devoting her practice solely to securities litigation, Ms. Ataie acquired extensive litigation experience as a member of the California Attorney General's office in both Correctional Law Department and Appellate Division as well as the San Diego District Attorney's office.
